Insufficient lactation in women: After roasting sesame seeds, grind them into powder and take an appropriate amount.
Blood deficiency and wind-dampness bi-syndrome, chronic constipation (including stroke hemiplegia, elderly arteriosclerosis, etc.):
I. Take 750 to 1500 grams of black sesame seeds, wash them, steam them three times, dry them, roast them, grind them finely, and make them into pills with honey or jujube paste, each pill being the size of a marble (approximately 6 grams). Take with warm yellow wine, one pill at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.
II. For lower limb paralysis after a stroke: Take 30 grams of sesame stalks, 15 grams each of Xiliancao and stinking wutong, decoct in water, and divide into two doses per day. Alternatively, take 15 grams of sesame husk (the shell of the fruit), decoct in alcohol, and drink it while hot. Cover with a blanket and lie down after taking it. It will be effective when slight sweating occurs.
Dizziness, thirst, and reduced urination in summer heat: Take 15 grams of fresh sesame leaves, brew with hot water, and drink as a tea substitute.
Chronic pharyngitis: Chew and swallow 5 to 7 fresh sesame leaves, once daily.
Hematemesis: Decoct 30 to 60 grams of tender sesame stems and leaves in water, remove the residue, and add sugar for consumption.
Ascariasis: Take 90 to 150 grams of sesame stalks, 30 grams of white part of scallion, and 15 grams of black plum. Decoct in water and divide into two doses per day. Take on an empty stomach continuously for three days.
