Silken tofu... 1 jin (500 grams)
Milk broth... 5 liang (156 grams)
Finely chopped ham... 5 qian (16 grams)
Water starch... 5 qian (16 grams)
Chopped scallions and ginger... 1 qian (3 grams)
Green peas... 5 qian (16 grams)
Refined salt... 5 fen (2 grams)
Chicken oil... 5 qian (16 grams)
• Cooking Steps
In a frying pan, add milk broth, silken tofu, green peas, refined salt, and chopped scallions and ginger. Bring to a boil.
Thicken with water starch to create a thin sauce. Drizzle with chicken oil and remove from heat.
Transfer to a soup plate and sprinkle with finely chopped ham. Serve.
