Silken tofu... 1 jin (500 grams)
Water starch... 5 qian (15.625 grams)
Fresh diced tomatoes... 2 liang (62.5 grams)
Refined salt... 6 fen (1.875 grams)
Chicken oil... 5 qian (15.625 grams)
Milk broth... 5 liang (156.25 grams)
Chopped scallions... 5 fen (1.5625 grams)
• Cooking Steps
In a frying pan, add milk broth, silken tofu, refined salt, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Thicken with water starch to create a thin sauce. Drizzle with chicken oil and remove from heat.
Transfer to a soup plate and sprinkle with chopped scallions. Serve.
