3) Hernia pain: Take 50 grams of fresh lychee roots, prepare a decoction, and add rock sugar for consumption.
4) Nighttime diarrhea in the elderly: Take 5 dried lychee fruits, a handful of rice, and an appropriate amount of Chinese Yam or Lotus Seeds. Cook them into a porridge and consume.
5) Anemia and excessive menstrual flow: Take 30 grams of dried lychee fruit, prepare a decoction, and consume.
6) Scrofula: Take 50 grams of dried lychee fruit, 15 grams of seaweed, 15 grams of kelp, and an appropriate amount of rice wine. Cook with water, take one dose daily, and consume it regularly.
7) Persistent hiccup: Take 7 dried lychee fruits, burn the peel and core to charcoal, grind it into powder, and mix with warm water for consumption.

- It is not advisable to consume excessive amounts of fresh lychee, as it may lead to hypoglycemia (lychee disease).
