Take it for 1 to 2 days beyond the menstrual period, and it can regulate menstruation after 4 to 5 days. However, it is not suitable for those with anemia or amenorrhea due to qi deficiency.
7. Women with Cold and Stagnated Menstruation: Take 5g of Guizhi (Cinnamomum cassia) and 15g of hawthorn with 30g of red sugar, decoct in water, and drink.

i. Hawthorn is not suitable for patients with deficiency of the spleen, no food stagnation in the stomach, and diarrhea due to qi deficiency.
