Ramie:
• Taste: Sweet, cold, non-toxic.
• Effects: Clears heat, detoxifies, reduces inflammation, stops bleeding, and stabilizes the fetus.
• Complementary treatment:

Dysentery; bloody and white vaginal discharge or hematuria; restlessness of the fetus or spotting during pregnancy.
External use: Can treat bruises, knife wounds, shrapnel injuries, erysipelas, prolapse of the rectum or uterus, abscesses, and swelling.
• Dietary therapy:
Excessive diarrhea, bloody and white dysentery: Grind and refine dried ramie leaves, mix with cold boiled water (do not use hot water), take 3 grams per dose (halve the dosage for children), and take 2-3 times a day.
Hematuria or bloody and white vaginal discharge in women: Boil 30-60 grams of ramie roots in water, remove the residue, and take 2 times a day.
Abdominal pain in pregnant women, restlessness of the fetus, or spotting during pregnancy: Boil 30 grams of ramie roots in water to make a concentrated decoction, remove the residue, and take 2-3 times a day.
