• Therapeutic food:
1. Tonifying formula: 1 liter of hemp seeds, 35 grams of sheep fat, 25 grams of beeswax, appropriate amount of white honey, mixed and steamed. It can delay aging and nourish the body.
2. Wandering pain throughout the body (including neuralgia): Grind and sift roasted hemp spikes into a fine powder, mix with honey to form pills about the size of a marble (approximately 6 grams), and take with warm yellow wine, 1 pill each time. (Note: Stop once effective to avoid overdose and poisoning).
3. Joint pain, inability to move: Hemp seed wine, take a small spoonful each time, 2-3 times a day. It can be consumed in moderation, aiming for mild intoxication. (Method for making hemp seed wine: Wash 800 grams of hemp seeds with water, select the ones that sink, dry them, roast them over low heat until fragrant and ripe, grind them into a very fine powder, soak them in an appropriate amount of yellow wine, the amount of wine slightly higher than the medicine, around 3-7 cm, then heat, shake, filter after seven days, remove the residue, and it's ready).
4. Elderly rheumatic edema, abdominal distension, constipation: Consume hemp seed porridge by taking 250 grams of hemp seeds, grinding them into a powder, filtering the juice with water, adding it to approximately 250 grams of glutinous rice, and cooking it into a thin porridge. Then add a little scallion, pepper, and salt, and consume on an empty stomach.
5. Constipation in the elderly, children, and pregnant women: Take 15 grams of hemp seeds (6-10 grams for children), fry them until fragrant and grind them into a powder. Mix with rice soup and consume it once to facilitate bowel movements.
6. Epilepsy, hysteria: Take 10-15 grams of hemp spikes, decoct in water, and consume. The dosage can be increased as needed, aiming for effectiveness as the standard.
