Recipe and Cooking Method

Ingredients
o 5 taels (approximately 156.25 grams) of tofu, 5 mace (approximately 15.625 grams) of tomatoes, 7 fen (approximately 2.1875 grams) of salt, 1 tael (approximately 31.25 grams) of minced pork, 2 eggs, 5 mace (approximately 15.625 grams) of fresh broad bean paste, 1 jin and 5 taels (approximately 725 grams) of broth, 2 fen (approximately 6.25 grams) of chicken oil.

Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces resembling fish paste, blanch them in boiling water, and then remove and drain.
2. Cut the pork into small pieces the size of fingernails. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Heat the wok, add the broth, tofu, broad bean paste, salt, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then pour the beaten pork into the bowl of eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture into the soup, add the chicken oil, and remove from the heat. Serve in bowls.
