Silken tofu... 1,000 grams (1 catty), Honey... 62.5 grams (2 taels), Water... 187.5 grams (6 taels), Sugar... 125 grams (4 taels), Osmanthus sugar... 1.5625 grams (5 fen), Potato starch... 3125 grams (1 tael)
Cooking Steps:
Bring water to a boil, add sugar, honey, and osmanthus sugar. Dissolve them and thicken with potato starch. Pour the mixture over the silken tofu. Cook over low heat until fully cooked while maintaining a simmer. Serve in small bowls.
Characteristics: Fragrant, sweet, hot, scalding, soft, tender. It is both a sweet dish and a dessert snack.
